Open the Birthdays tab and choose Add Birthday. Enter the person's name and their date of birth, then save. They'll appear in your list right away.
Enable notifications in Settings, then make sure notifications for Orbit are allowed in your device's system settings. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Yes. Open Settings and choose whether reminders arrive on the birthday, 1 day before, or 1 week before. You can also pick the time of day reminders are sent.
Each birthday can be tied to a time zone, so reminders fire at the right local moment for that person — perfect when friends and family live around the world.
Confirm notifications are enabled for Orbit, check that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode isn't suppressing alerts, and verify the birthday is saved with the correct date and time zone.
Select the person from your birthday list to open their details, then choose Edit or Delete. Deleting a person also cancels their scheduled reminder.
Yes. While editing a birthday you can pick a photo from your library or choose from the built-in avatar styles and palettes to make each person easy to spot.
All birthday data stays on your device, on-device, in the app's local storage. We don't host a copy on a server, and we don't sell or share your data.
No. Orbit works without an account, email, or phone number. Just install the app and start adding birthdays.
