Find answers to common questions about keeping birthdays close and reminders on time with Orbit.

How do I add a birthday?

Open the Birthdays tab, choose Add Birthday, and enter the person’s name and date. Save to add them to your list.

How do I receive birthday reminders?

Enable notifications in Settings, then make sure notifications for Orbit are allowed in your device’s system settings.

Can I change the reminder time?

Yes. Open Settings and adjust Birth time. Orbit uses this preference when it sends birthday reminders.

Notifications are not appearing. What should I check?

Confirm notifications are enabled for Orbit, check that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode is not suppressing alerts, and verify the birthday is saved with the correct date.

How do I edit or remove a birthday?

Select the person from your birthday list to open their details, then choose Edit or Delete.
